How do I place an order?

  1. From the homepage, mouse over to the Shop page. Click on:
    1. The product:  To see full details about your chose indie product. We categorize our indie products according to skin care, makeup and cosmetics. Products can also be categorized based on brands.
    2. Quick view icon: To see summarised details about the product.
    3. Add to cart icon: To quickly add the product to your cart.
  2. Click on ‘add to cart’.
  3. After you’re done shopping, click on the cart icon on the top right.
  4. **Insert a coupon code if you have a coupon. Otherwise, proceed to checkout.
  5. On the Checkout page, fill in your billing details. On the right hand side, there’s a section on choosing shipping and payment options. You can pay using FPX or Credit Card.
  6. After payment is done, you will be redirected back to the homepage.
 

How do I know if a product is back in stock?

Currently eyeing a product that’s out of stock? Looking for indie makeup to complete your date night outfit? We know how you feel. It’s very frustrating when your favourite indie beauty product is out of stock. Fear not! Just click on the heart shaped icon and you will receive an automated notification via email once your item is back in stock.

Can I make changes or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been made, you cannot make any further changes. We suggest reviewing your order and making sure it’s correct before you check out. For further enquiries, please contact our Customer Service Team here.

What kind of payment method is accepted at refinin.com?

3 months installment using Atome, Credit Cards and FPX payment.

 

How do I make a payment using Atome?

Great question, there are 2 ways. But before that, you’ll have to register for an account (it takes less than 10 minute).

You can choose to register the account on Web or by installing the app. 

On the checkout page, choose to pay by Atome. It’ll then redirect to their page and show how much will be charged to your account in the next 3 months starting from the day you’re purchase. 

Once you’re done with that, you’ll just have to wait for the parcel to arrive your door! That’s it 😉

 

How do I track my parcel?

Once you’ve received the email containing your Tracking Number, go ahead and click ‘Track my parcel’ to know the latest updates on your parcel.

 

My payment failed. What should I do next?

First, you will need to go through your account page and look for the most recent order. Click on it and see whether the payment actually went through or not. If not,  complete the payment. Otherwise, contact us through our Chatbox located on the bottom right of the page.
